Congenital Heart Disease - Education Survey
Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Services are delivered by a wide range of providers across an all age service. Providing education for everyone in a flexible and accessible way is challenging. All nurses and AHP's working throughout the network should have the knowledge and skills to care for patients with congenital heart disease. Please take the time to fill in this short questionnaire on behalf of BACCNA:
Please share widely with your colleagues throughout your “all age” Network. This survey covers paediatrics and adults across all levels of care including nurses working in the community. It takes about 4-5 minutes to complete. Closing date is 6th July 2020.

Certificates of attendance for CPD will be automatically issued after 7 days, but only where a delegate watches the webinar live in its entirety.
